She possesses strong engineering and business development skills. She has experience managing multi-task projects that include designing, planning, controlling, executing and closing project activities, supervising documentation and approvals with classification societies and clients.

Ivana is responsible for technical integrity and compliance with estimated costs and deadlines throughout various project phases.
